How do you accept payment for cleaning services? Our cleaners manage payments directly with customers to ensure a smooth and convenient transaction process. Accepted payment options are available via Zelle or Cash only

What happens in case of a late cancellation or lockout? Because we take pride on organizing all of our cleaning appointments ahead of time, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to commitments cancelled in less than 48 hours of the agreed upon appointment date.

Do you perform move-in or move-out cleanings? Yes, we do! For Chicago city appointments, we kindly ask that you have a vacuum available as our cleaners use public transportation. For appointments in the suburbs, we bring our own vacuum.

Do you send the same cleaner each time? We strive to send the same cleaner for your recurring cleaning service. If they are unavailable, we'll ensure your appointment is covered by another excellent cleaner.

What is your reschedule policy? We understand that circumstances can change. Our policy allows for rescheduling appointments, but we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice is free of charge. However, if you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee may apply depending on the circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
